Grounded and Grateful: meditation and webinar conclusions

October 7th, 2025 - 9am PST/12pm EST

The program will begin with a review of the full webinar series. Participants will then be instructed to complete the last pages of their workbook which will collate all personalized wellness tools created throughout the course. We will then discuss the various well-being benefits of meditation and participate in a guided meditation. Participants will be invited to retake the flourishing measure that was offered in webinar 1. Participants will be completing an individualized workbook as they follow along and participate in the presentation.
